Professional BRP Services in Kamloops

Master Tech Expertise for All Your Powersports Needs

Meet Jake - Your BRP Master Tech Specialist

At TrueTech Powersports, precision matters. Meet Jake, our BRP Master Tech with over 13 years of exclusive Can-Am experience and unmatched expertise across the entire BRP product line. If you have a non-OEM fastener or a wire routed incorrectly on your Sea-Doo, SXS, ATV, sled, or Spyder, Jake will notice. No technician in the Kamloops area is more familiar with BRP machines than Jake.

Jake represents the highest level of BRP certification, combining factory training with real-world problem-solving skills that come from working exclusively on these sophisticated machines. His forearms are calloused from leaning into Sea-Doo hulls, and at barely 30, he's already forgotten more about superchargers than most technicians will ever know.

Comprehensive BRP Diagnostic Capabilities

Our shop features professional-grade BUDS (Bombardier United Diagnostic Software) – the essential tool for communicating with your machine's onboard computers. This advanced diagnostic capability allows us to:

  • Code new keys and replacement key fobs

  • Remove annoying seat belt chimes on Commander, Defender, and Maverick models

  • Diagnose complex electronic system issues

  • Update software and recalibrate systems

  • Perform manufacturer-level diagnostics and adjustments

This professional software, combined with Jake's expertise, enables us to solve problems that stump other shops and perform services that general mechanics simply can't handle.

We Forget Mason Is Only 17. . .

Riding, Racing And Wrenching

Meet Mason - Your Next-Generation Off-Road Technician

Mason is our youngest team member and a technician who's already proving that experience isn't measured by age alone.

Mason joined TrueTech Powersports three years ago while still in high school as a junior apprentice. Now, at just 17 years old, he's well on his way to earning his Red Seal certification and continues to develop his skills under the guidance of some of the industry's most experienced technicians. His enthusiasm for learning and relentless work ethic make him an invaluable part of our shop.

Growing up on a ranch taught Mason the value of responsibility and hard work long before he picked up a wrench professionally. Today, that same mindset carries over into every service and repair he performs. Whether he's completing scheduled maintenance, diagnosing mechanical issues, or assisting with complex engine work, Mason approaches every job with attention to detail and a determination to continually improve.

Racing Experience That Builds Better Technicians

When Mason isn't working in the shop, you'll often find him riding in the woods. He's currently leading the Intermediate PNWMA class championship, giving him firsthand knowledge of what riders expect from a reliable, high-performing machine.

That real-world racing experience translates directly into the quality of his work. Mason understands how small details can make a big difference in performance and reliability, whether you're preparing for race day or simply heading out for a weekend ride.

From dirt bike maintenance and engine repairs to ATV and off-road service, Mason is building the knowledge, experience, and craftsmanship that define the next generation of powersports technicians.

A Lifetime Of Experience

Master Tech, Service Writer, Parts Expert, Shop Daddy G

Meet George - Your BRP & Powersports Veteran

Experience is difficult to replace, and few technicians bring as much of it to the bench as George. Having spent virtually his entire life in the powersports industry, George has worked in every role a dealership or repair shop has to offer. From wrenching in the service department to solving complex diagnostic problems and helping customers find the right solutions, his decades of experience make him an invaluable member of the TrueTech Powersports team.

George grew up racing Hondas and has competed in motocross events throughout the West Coast, giving him a lifelong appreciation for the machines he services today. His passion for powersports extends far beyond the shop, and that enthusiasm is reflected in the care he brings to every repair.

Expertise You Can Trust

As a BRP Master Technician, George possesses extensive factory training and years of hands-on experience servicing the complete BRP lineup, including Sea-Doo, Ski-Doo, Can-Am ATVs and side-by-sides, and Can-Am Spyders. Whether your machine needs routine maintenance, advanced diagnostics, electrical troubleshooting, or major engine repairs, George has likely seen and solved the problem before.

While his technical ability is exceptional, it's George's personality that customers remember most. We're not sure if George has ever had a bad day. He's always smiling, always approachable, and genuinely enjoys helping riders get back on the trail, water, snow, or road.

When you walk through the doors at True Tech Powersports, there's a good chance George will be the first friendly face you see. His knowledge, positive attitude, and commitment to customer service have made him someone our customers trust—and someone we're proud to have on our team.

There are not many people with the temperament and the experience to order parts, write repair orders, schedule work and manage shop communication. George has been racing and wrenching since he was born and when you talk to him you'll be glad he's handling the job.
